The Universe Underground | Paul Heinerth
December 15, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 8:00 pmFree
Adventure Outfitters has started an informal dive club for like-minded people. Our mission is focused on local Florida diving including: safety, marine conservation and continuing dive education.
In Florida, we are surrounded by another universe beneath our feet, a world of discovery and exploration – second only to space. Geologists, hydrogeologists, biologists and archaeologists have explored these unique ecosystems but little has been touched when it comes to these enormous systems that can stretch thousands of miles below ground.
This Thursday, SCUBA pioneer and educator, Paul Heinerth will speak about his adventures above and below ground. This event is open to divers of all experience levels who wish to learn more about the world underground / under the wreck / or under the iceberg, and what draws divers there.
