Terms and Conditions

Cancellation and Deposit Policy:

We understand that your family and your health come first. If you must cancel your course, please call Adventure Outfitters at 813-832-6669 or email us at info@adventuretampa to reschedule as soon as possible. We are dedicated to serving our students and this gives you the best chance possible to secure the right timeframe for you.

Group and Semi-Private Lessons: To protect students and instructors alike, Adventure Outfitters enforces a the right to charge full price unless the student cancels at least 24 hours prior to a course. Student will receive a 50% refund if canceling at least 72 hours in advance.

Private Lessons: a student must cancel at least 72 hours prior to the course to receive a partial refund.

Deposits: We know that issues come up and we will try to work with you as best as we can. However, since we have such small classes, we have to adhere to our schedule as best as we can to make it fair to our instructors and other students. Check to see if your credit card has trip insurance or look into trip insurance if you are traveling here.

To ensure your specific course dates and/or to cover the study material costs the following non-refundable deposits are required. For any private course 1,2 or 3 students – $250 deposit; for a group course 4-6 students – $200 deposit; or for a Referral student(s) – $100 deposit. If you have to reschedule any course dates, there is a $50 rescheduling fee. All remaining costs (any rental, entry and outstanding course fees) will be paid prior to any pool or open water session.
